My husband and I ordered a neon sign for our wedding in 2024. We worked with Eva who was fantastic and went above and beyond!We just moved into a house and got a puppy. Our puppy ended up eating part of our remote and we couldn’t use it. When I reached out to inquire about a new remote, Eva was right on it and is sending a brand new dimmer and remote out.
